Senators Ojeda, Baldwin and Unger moved to amend the bill on page one, section four-b, line seven, after the word “trainer,” by striking out the words “a parole officer” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “a prison counselor, in parole services”;

On page one, section four-b, line eight, after the word “jail,” by striking out the word “or”;

And,

On page one, section four-b, line eight, after the word “facility” by inserting a comma and the words “or a youth reporting center”.
